The Department of Environmental Conservation (DEC) is planning to update the State Wildlife Action Plan (SWAP) which is a guiding document to manage wildlife and their habitats. The update also helps secure critical federal funding for species like the Common Loon, Brook Trout or the Spruce Grouse. We need your help to urge the DEC to make the SWAP stronger to protect Park’s wildlife. Please consider writing a letter to the DEC by July 17.
