About this event

Join the community of Essex, NY as they celebrate the 4th of July. Fireworks on Sunday, July 3, at 9pm in Begg's Park. On Monday July 4th 7am - Firecracker Fun Run begins at Lake Champlain Yoga & Wellness, 10am - Patriotic Singalong at St. John's Church, 10am - Kids Fun Run at Essex Initiatives, 11am - Main Street Parade, 1pm - Main Street Block Party. Also enjoy local shopping, food, and library events. The Fire Department will have hot dogs and burgers, there will be Penelope the Clown along with two bouncy houses, kids games by Lake Side School, music, vendors, and more, including a strawberry shortcake sale.
