Editor's Note: As of Monday, March 16, at 10:00am, the 2020 NYS Maple Weekends have been cancelled. Individual sugarhouses will continue to produce, stock and market their excellent crop of Maple Products. Please contact them directly to order your favorite maple products.

Hidden Hollow Maple is closed, but on site.

Note: This event is part of Thurman Maple Days.

Maple Weekend activities: We will have a sugarhouse tour explaining maple syrup production. Weather permitting, we will be boiling. We will also explain the process of collecting maple sap.
