Paul Smith’s VIC Trails

Fish Creek Loop Trail

Bloomingdale Bog Trail

Brewster Peninsula Trails
Peninsula Way off Saranac Avenue, Lake Placid, NY 12946 The Corridor Trail is relatively flat and packed dirt, making it one of the more accessible forested trails near Lake Placid with scenic views of Lake Placid itself.

Cascade Welcome Center Trails

Owned by the Adirondack Mountain Club, this center has beginner-friendly, relatively flat trails ideal for accessible exploration.

Heaven Hill Trails 302 Bear Club Lane, Lake Placid, NY 12946

The Bear Cub Loop is one of the more level and wider trails on the network, with beautiful meadows and forest views.

Mirror Lake Loop
Start near 2617 Main Street, Lake Placid, NY 12946

This 2.7-mile paved loop circles Mirror Lake and offers beautiful water and mountain views with minimal elevation change.

Tupper Lake Municipal Park
17 - 19 Demars Boulevard, Tupper Lake, NY 12986

This scenic lakeside park features wide, paved walkways that are stroller- and wheelchair-friendly, with flat terrain perfect for a leisurely stroll with views of Raquette Pond.

John Dillon Park

Built specifically for universal access, this park features 3 miles of accessible trails like the Handsome Pond Trail. They also offer free use of electric scooters and accessible camping.

Lampson Falls Trail

This short, wide, 0.5-mile trail leads to one of the most stunning waterfalls in the Adirondacks.

Moose River Plains Trail
